Artist Profile
David began creating art as a child, using everything at hand
as a drawing surface, even his shoes. He drew everything he saw.
In school he continued developing his art and also found himself
very passionate about music. He quickly became the kid that his
schoolmates wanted on their projects to help create and draw.
In high school he tried out for the Bonita advanced art class,
knowing that the class was well respected in the cities around La
Verne. He has shown work in the Pomona Fair and is proud of those
pieces.
David is a multi-media artist, and enjoys drawing cartoons as
well as more traditional subjects. To David, art is like a circus
- the viewer can see it as happy or as a darker kind of spectacle,
but when the two combine the result can often be an enjoyable
show.
The mystery of art is its beauty for David, and the longer he
