Artist Profile
At age 21, Richy graduated top of his class at California
Culinary Academy, and completed a three-month internship at one of
San Francisco’s top restaurants. He then moved to Chicago, was
hired by his restaurant of choice, and participated in the
publication of a top-selling cookbook.
After three years of haute cuisine, however, he became
disenchanted, and felt that his career should reflect his more
consuming passions. So he quit cooking, took a position as a
personal stylist/shopper, and began teaching himself to draw and
paint. He now enjoys drawing, painting, and designing. Richy’s
images are all about fashion, style, and how people are affected
by both.
