SSPs
Second Group Show
A
Wild Success
The
SSPs second show featured artwork in a wide variety of medias and
styles. The theme of
the show, Wild Things, included not just wildLIFE, but also anything that
the artist can see or imagine. Everyone who attended the art show
was impressed by the outstanding work that this dedicated group of
artists created. Visitors to the show enjoyed seeing photographs
of wildlife and the wild back country of California. They also were
impressed with paintings of princesses, zombies, bugs, butterflies,
the seashore and some very realistic underwater creatures. Many visitors
were also impressed with ceramic sculptures of wild ladies, ceramic tiles
showing wild berries and some outstanding mixed media sculptures. The
show ran at Progress Space Gallery in
Pomona, California, from January 6 through February 25, 2007.
